1. Acceptance Of These Terms

2. Ownership And Management

The Rumble God website, the direct digital music store, and Rumble Websites are owned and managed by Alistair Dickerson.

Payments for The Rumble God digital music store may be processed through a Payfast merchant account or Payfast payment portal connected to Alistair Dickerson and/or Rumble Websites. This is part of the official payment setup for this website.

The website may ask for information needed to complete or support an order, such as your email address, order number, and proof of payment. The Rumble God and Rumble Websites will never ask you to send banking login details, card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, one-time passwords, or online banking passwords.

3. How The Purchase Process Works

1. You choose a song, album, EP, single collection, or music bundle from the music store and add it to your cart.
2. At checkout, you enter your email address. This email is needed for your download link, order lookup, support, and purchase validation.
3. The website creates a pending order with a unique order number and sends the payment request to Payfast.
4. You complete payment on Payfast's secure payment page using the payment methods made available by Payfast.
5. After payment, Payfast sends an Instant Transaction Notification to the website. The website checks the Payfast signature, merchant details, amount, payment status, and server validation response before marking the order as paid.
6. Once the payment is verified as complete, the website unlocks the purchased music and sends a download email where email delivery is available.
7. You can use the download page, your secure token, your order number, or the same purchase email address to access verified purchases again.

4. Payments Through Payfast

Payments are processed by Payfast by Network or its related Payfast checkout service. The Rumble God does not ask you to enter card details directly into this website.

The Payfast checkout may reference Alistair Dickerson, Rumble Websites, or a related Payfast merchant account used for this store's official payment processing.

The Rumble God and Rumble Websites do not store your banking information. Banking details, card details, and supported payment method details are handled by Payfast on Payfast's secure payment pages.

If anyone claiming to represent The Rumble God or Rumble Websites asks you to send banking passwords, card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or one-time passwords outside the Payfast checkout, do not send them.

By completing a Payfast payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that you consent to the payment for the digital music items shown at checkout.

Payfast may apply its own buyer, payment, verification, anti-fraud, refund-processing, and security rules. Those Payfast rules apply in addition to these terms where relevant.

5. Daily Discounted Songs

Daily discounted songs are specifically randomized and made available only through this website's official daily offer system.

If anyone claims to offer a separate, private, manual, social media, email, WhatsApp, or third-party discount on The Rumble God digital songs outside the official daily offer shown on this website, treat that offer as fraudulent unless The Rumble God confirms it directly in writing.

Only prices and discounts shown in the official checkout flow on this website are valid for direct digital music purchases.

6. Digital Goods And Refunds

Digital music purchases are final. Because these files are digital goods made available after payment, completed purchases are non-refundable except where South African law requires otherwise or where The Rumble God chooses to refund at its sole discretion.

By completing a purchase, you request access to the digital music after payment verification and understand that digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

A refund will not usually be given because you changed your mind, bought the wrong item, no longer want the music, had a device or storage issue after access was provided, or shared the download link with someone else.

If a refund is legally required or approved as an exception, it may be processed through Payfast and may be subject to Payfast processing timelines, payment-method limitations, and verification checks.

7. If You Cannot Access Purchased Songs

If you paid for music but cannot access the songs, The Rumble God will make reasonable attempts to provide access to the purchased material.

To protect the store and buyers, support requires purchase validation. You may be asked for the email address used at checkout, your order number, a Payfast proof of payment, transaction reference, date of payment, or other details needed to match the order.

Purchased songs may only be resent, re-linked, or manually supplied after proof of purchase has been validated. If the purchase cannot be validated, access may be refused.

Please contact support as soon as possible if something goes wrong. The goal is to help genuine buyers get the music they paid for.

8. Your Music Licence

When you buy music from this store, you receive a personal-use licence to download and listen to the purchased files. You do not receive ownership of the copyright or master recording.

You may not resell, upload, redistribute, share, publish, remix for release, sample commercially, make the files publicly available, or use them in paid media, films, games, ads, apps, or other commercial projects without written permission from The Rumble God or the relevant rights holder.

9. Your Email Address And Order Details

You are responsible for entering an accurate email address at checkout and keeping your order number or Payfast payment proof. If you enter the wrong email address, support can still try to help, but access will only be provided after the payment can be validated.

The store may use your email address to send order confirmations, download links, purchase support, and necessary messages related to your transaction.

10. Availability, Errors, And Changes

The Rumble God tries to keep the store, download page, prices, titles, and files accurate. If there is a clear pricing, catalogue, technical, or payment error, The Rumble God may correct the error, cancel an invalid pending order, or provide a reasonable alternative for a verified paid order.

Download access may depend on hosting, email delivery, Payfast notification delivery, device compatibility, and internet availability. Temporary interruptions do not automatically create a refund right if access can reasonably be restored.

11. Third-Party Stores And Links

This website may link to external services such as Payfast, Fourthwall merchandise, music streaming platforms, YouTube, social platforms, and partner websites. Those third-party services are controlled by their own terms, policies, pricing, delivery rules, and support processes.

These terms mainly cover digital music purchased directly through The Rumble God website. Physical merchandise or external purchases are handled by the relevant third-party store unless clearly stated otherwise.
